Step two:

Do your homework. Review the documents above, read the FAQ's and ask Kristy any clarifying questions you may have.


Make an appointment with the mortgage broker of your choice and get pre-approved for a mortgage. 


Make sure you understand all the costs associated with purchasing a property. 

Step three:

Start Shopping! 


When you find a property that you like, you may want to write an offer. Review Chapter 7 "Making an Offer" of the above PDF document again.
