Home Price Evaluation

AKA: CMA (COMPARATIVE MARKET ANALYSIS)

A comparative market analysis is where we use some known basic data associated with your property like location, property type, age, lot size, number of bedrooms, to find recent solds and actives that could be comparable.

We then need to factor in unknowns or variables like renovations and alterations, physical condition, stigmas, selling features, locational desirability, and local market trends. These things are assessed by the realtor coming and viewing your property and utilizing their years of experience to determine an appropriate price range. In addition to each home being unique, each seller is unique as is their motivation for selling. All of these factors together will determine an appropriate asking price that will meet your needs.
